Installation & Maintenance Tips

Use Proper Compression Fittings

Ensure secure installation with appropriate compression fittings to prevent movement and maintain accurate readings. Always follow torque specifications to avoid damage to the thermocouple sheath.

Regular insulation resistance testing helps identify potential failures before they occur. Test using a megohmmeter at the manufacturer’s recommended intervals to ensure reliable performance.

Examine connectors for signs of corrosion, wear, or loose connections. Clean contacts with appropriate solvents and ensure proper mating to maintain signal integrity and prevent reading errors.
